The Viper 70 represents a new milestone in the development of IKARUS electric helicopters and defines a new RC helicopter class with its 75 cm(29.5 inch) main rotor diameter coupled with an extremely compact design. This newly designed, fully ball bearinged helicopter incorporates an innovative tail drive and an efficient 2-stage gear reduction system. The innovative rotor head design allows the extreme pitch ranges required for 3D flight and beyond. With the slop free tail rotor control system this helicopter achieves a level of control precision which will set new standards. With intelligent parameter settings the Viper 70 can cover the entire spectrum from well balanced flight performance for practicing and hovering to highest manoeuvrability for 3D flying without any compromises. Even with a Sport Motor the Viper is capable of the entire range of aerobatic manoeuvres. Fitted with the H8 Ikarus brushless motor and H70 speed controller set it becomes a top 3D performer that will impress the most demanding of expert pilots.
